Dani McMillin

With three years at DIMS, Dani McMillin brings a strong background in construction project management, insurance claims, and a certification in Project Management. She joined DIMS with a desire to expand her knowledge in the construction industry and has stayed because of the continuous opportunities to learn and the family-oriented environment. As General Manager, Dani oversees daily operations, financial performance, project progress, compliance, employee training, and company workflows. One of her greatest accomplishments has been developing the processes and systems that help DIMS operate efficiently, while watching her team grow and succeed in their roles. She takes pride in how much she has grown professionally and in being part of a true family business, where she works alongside her husband and their daughter occasionally lends a helping hand. Outside of work, Dani enjoys playing volleyball with her daughter, watching movies, and traveling.
